Movie 2000s have simply not been enough and instead, we've been watching real people try sometimes, too hard to find love in what many would call a hopeless list - national television. But alas, it has worked for some, while proving to be a complete train show for others. Either way, dating shows have continued to make british telly and we clearly can't seem to get enough of them - demonstrated this summer when Love Island became a national name.
